Do you want to learn how to cook Italian food and at the same time learn a few tips and skills to enhance any meal you prepare? Then get ready to embark in a wonderful experience where you not only will be taught but will also partake in the actual food preparation and cooking. Interested?    In each class you will learn how to prepare a sauce, a meat or fish dish, a vegetables and a salad. A complete full meal! The following are some of the foods that you can choose and will be taught. The course is divided into 10 separate classes. Each class will be approximately 2 hours and are as follows:

Seafood Gioppino Salmon Cod/Baccala Shrimps

   Desserts classes for Tiramisu, Cannoli and other Italian delicates will be taught separately. Each class, requires a minimum of 2 hours. The fee is $50.00 per person per class at our location or at your home. (minimum 3 students).
